The only thing constant is change. The business world continuously changes in an ongoing effort to enhance shareholder value and better serve our customers. When managed well, change can produce growth and new opportunity for individuals, teams, and the organization. When managed poorly, change can lead to miscommunication, poor morale, and decreased productivity. Leading Change, a 1-day program designed for up to 20 participants, provides a new and positive way of approaching change so it works to everyone’s full advantage.
A variety of methods are used to accomplish Leading Change program objectives, including experiential learning activities, presentation, small and large group discussion, and strategic action planning.
