Working with difficult people can be an energy drain and a big waste of time. Yet, on occasion we all have to deal with “impossible” people, whether they are bosses, coworkers, or customers. Dealing with them effectively is essential to your success on the job.

A tool called the MBTI, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, is great for understanding why some people are easy to work with and others are irritating. The MBTI gives you insight on how you come across to others and why people respond to you the way they do. This workshop helps you to better communicate with “different drummers.”

In the class, you will learn to:

• Understand your preferred ways of absorbing information, making decisions, and taking action

• Increase your awareness of others who are fundamentally different from you

• Understand what changes you need to make to communicate better with difficult people, in order to be more productive
