Diversity awareness and training are absolutely essential for competing and succeeding in today's ever-evolving marketplace. We know that managing an increasingly diverse workforce effectively is directly connected to employee satisfaction and the respectful treatment of others. Increased productivity follows increased sensitivity.
The dimensions of diversity: gender, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, and other differences are addressed. The course challenges each participant to a greater involvement and responsibility in meeting and working with those who are different in any aspect of their lives.
