This workshop provides managers with knowledge and tools to set and align clear performance expectations and to work with employees who are not meeting the expectations. You will learn how to set a clear and aligned expectation and you will learn how to have difficult discussions with employees who are not meeting those expectations. You will have a chance to practice setting expectations and having the tough conversations, through role plays and scenarios. You will learn how to mitigate potential legal pitfalls and you will learn the steps in helping your employees to improve their performance (which impacts morale of the rest of the team, as well) and when to recognize what other options can be considered.
