This half-day workshop is primarily designed for managers, but individual contributors would also benefit.  After exploring the essentials of effective goal setting and the encouragement of responsibility, participants will practice drafting goals.  The emphasis will be practical on the skills of creating meaningful and measurable goals, but techniques for creating and maintaining a "culture of responsibility" will also be covered.
