For executives and sales professionals in particular, advancing ideas in the most powerful and persuasive light is crucial. This intensive skill-building program is for sales professionals who are called upon to make formal and informal presentations to clients and prospective customers. The most persuasive sales professionals deliver their product knowledge clearly, demonstrate confidence and enthusiasm, highlight value added services, and handle objections with poise. Participants receive videotape and personal coaching and feedback. Class size is limited to 10 participants.

In parallel process, three key skill areas will be advanced:
  • Effective Communication Behaviors
    • Motivating confidence and energy through effective eye contact, gestures and movement.
  • Product/service Content Development
    • Generating, organizing and sequencing key messages; incorporating memory hooks, designing visual support, creating notation systems, selecting appropriate communication media, presenting technical data
  • Interaction Management
    • Dealing with listener resistance, fielding difficult questions, responding to challenging customers, focusing on creating product/service value
