Effective Training Associates accepts the following forms of payment:
Purchase orders, personal and corporate checks; Visa, American Express, Discovery and Mastercard. Credit card charges, unless otherwise requested, are processed either the day of or the day after the training session.
Cancellations received six (6) or more business
days prior to the session are without penalty. Cancellations less
than six days are billed at full tuition. You
may designate an alternate to attend a session on your behalf at
any time.
