It was also helpful to review the Control Loop and importance of the status updates. The mix of explanation and group discussions is a good one. It breaks the session, but due to that I also met some new people at Logitech :) And I liked that the session always started exactly on time (not even 1 minute late) and finished exactly on time too! Payson mentioned in the end of the training that waiting costs money, so he surely was practicing what he preached.
